Sourcing Made Simple

This package is for customers looking to source a ready-to-sell product.  It is great for those looking for a fast track to entering the market.  Our team will utilize our established pool of vetted suppliers, while also searching for new ones to get a good idea of available options.  

 

Upon completion, we will deliver at least 3 approved suppliers for your product.  From there, customers will take control of the project and work with their preferred supplier directly.

This generally requires 5-10 business days to complete and costs $300-$500, depending on the complexity and requirements of the project. 

This package is similar to the OEM Simple Sourcing Plan (see above).  We will work closely with your team to create preliminary designs based on your project brief.   Then our standard sourcing and quoting process will begin.

 

All quotes given will be estimates to be used to assess the viability and next steps of the project.

 

This process generally takes 5-10 business days and costs $500-$700, depending on the complexity and requirements of the project.

This package is for customers with complex projects requiring a low risk, fully optimized supply chain.  In order to maximize efficiency and save time and money, it’s important for projects like these invest a little more in the beginning to ensure that the right suppliers are chosen.

 

Potential suppliers will be vetted according to our standard approval process.  This includes supplier verification evaluations and on-site factory audits.

This process generally takes 15-30 business days and costs $1,250 - $2,000, depending on the complexity and requirements of the project. 

This is for customers in need of a team on the ground in China.  Services can include project management related services, facility audits, quality control inspections or quality assurance activities. 

 

Our team will work on a day-by-day basis billing for time and related expenses.  All workdays are discussed and reviewed by the customer’s team before proceeding.
